| At this time, Life's Creative Journey L.L.C. ships throughout the United States and Canada, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. |

| 5. What is your return policy? |
If you are unsatisfied with a product you may return the product for a refund minus any shipping, handling fees; exceptions are listed below. You MUST contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date. The item must be returned unopened, unused, in sell-able condition, no damage, worn, torn, defaced, soiled, laundered, etc. with all of the original tags still attached and in original packaging, as when originally shipped out from our store. Life's Creative Journey L.L.C. is never responsible for the return of any shipping fees, as those are paid on your behalf to the United States Postal Service to get your item to you. All refunds and returns will be subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the original purchase price.
*****Please note that soy melting tarts, goats milk soaps, soaps of any kind, body lotions, cosmetics, hand wash, chap-sticks, lipsticks, shampoo, conditioner, hand salves, body wash, perfumes, body sprays, body mists, powders, or any other personal care product, etc. are never returnable per FDA Guidelines and Health Department Regulations.*****
*****SHEET SETS/BEDDING***** PLEASE NOTE: Opening the linens package to inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you (remember they will be lightly starched before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back into their original packaging and contact us for a return shipping address. Once the sheets have been unfolded they are not resell-able and not returnable.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, wrinkled or soiled, due to bio-hazard risks. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets , towels, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense COD.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the appropriate refund amount.
